Terms & Conditions Governing Your Use of 7u74 — Please Read Before Playing

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless context requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility

Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited. 7u74 reserves the right to report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited or otherwise unlawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 7u74 complies with all laws applicable to you. 7u74 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same identity or different identities, constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

3.4 Personal Use Only

All bets placed and games played through your Account must be for your personal entertainment only. You may not place bets on behalf of third parties, operate your Account as a commercial enterprise, or use your Account in connection with any syndicate, professional gambling operation, or matched-betting service.

4 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

7u74 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when your Account activity triggers a review threshold.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial services statement from bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

6 Deposits

7.5 Refusal of Withdrawal

8 Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

9 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 7u74 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.

11 Responsible Gaming

14 Account Suspension and Termination

7u74 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• 7u74 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A chargeback has been initiated by a Player against a deposit transaction.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, real-money funds will be returned via the Player's last used payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five business days, and any withdrawable Balance will be returned subject to standard verification procedures.

15 Amendments to These Terms
